SEARCHLIGHT is seeking a Head of Statutory Reporting and Audit to lead end-to-end statutory reporting, audit delivery and regulatory compliance across the UK. The role requires managing year-end processes, external audits and tax filings within a multinational framework.

We require a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and UK tax, VAT, and excellent Excel skills; SAP exposure is a plus for this position.
