THE ROLE
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of integrated marketing activity. You will strengthen the brand’s presence and drive engagement across a diverse and expanding audience.
- Lead the planning and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns across social, digital and paid platforms, ensuring activity aligns with the wider marketing strategy.
- Develop approaches that broaden audience reach and deepen engagement.
- Support long‑term audience development.
- Explore new marketing and advertising opportunities, testing channels and formats to expand the brand’s visibility.
- Review campaign performance and interpret data to refine activity, delivering continuous improvement through strong performance analysis.
- Maintain consistency across all marketing materials and visual identity in line with the brand.
- Work closely with the Channel Manager, internal teams, PR agencies and external partners to deliver coordinated campaigns.
- Collaborate with other brands across the studio to ensure all marketing activity aligns with broader brand and content plans, maintaining strong studio alignment.
THE PERSON
You should have relevant B2C marketing experience and a strong track record of delivering integrated campaigns within the film or TV industry. This should be supported by strong leadership skills, including experience managing internal teams and external agency relationships.
It is important you can identify and capitalise on opportunities that will elevate the brand. Exploring new marketing methods to reach and engage diverse audiences is key, as well as interpreting data and evaluating performance to guide decision‑making and demonstrate clear ROI. A genuine love of the horror genre would be an added bonus!
