As a Finance Assistant, you will support the accounts’ payable function and ensure the efficient processing of invoices and payments.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and responding to supplier queries with updates, remittances and invoice guidance.
- Handling all new vendor forms from approval through to final setup and confirmation.
- Completing new vendor call‑backs and reducing.
