THE ROLE
As Director of Localisation, you will provide strategic leadership for the delivery of localisation solutions and client engagement across a portfolio of major film studios, distributors, streaming platforms, and independent production companies. Operating at a senior level, you will be accountable for operational efficiency and revenue growth objectives. You will be a key liaison between clients and internal teams, fostering strong, long-term commercial relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's localisation strategy for all filmed content
- Drive continuous improvement in localisation workflows, technologies, quality standards, and delivery performance.
- Build, maintain, and grow strategic client relationships at senior decision-maker level.
- Lead the Client Services team, establishing a culture of exceptional customer service and proactive engagement.
