This is a 6 month FTC.

Our client is one of the major global studios, with their content spanning film, TV, digital and gaming.

As a Finance Assistant, you will support the accounts’ payable function and ensure the efficient processing of invoices and payments.

  • Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and responding to supplier queries with updates, remittances and invoice guidance.
  • Overseeing the companies full invoice process, from workflow checks to coding, approval and posting.
  • Ensuring all invoices are correctly addressed, processed and posted ahead of weekly payment runs.
  • Assisting with bank postings, including sweeps, interest and charges.
  • Performing supplier statement reconciliations to track missing invoices, request copies and prevent misapplied payments.

Able to demonstrate Purchase Ledger experience is essential. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping / double entry. Intermediate Excel is preferable.

Lastly, it is essential you have relevant accounting, finance or business administration experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
