THE COMPANY
Our Client is a world-class production and broadcast organisation producing a diverse portfolio of factual content, from broadcast news and podcasts to feature-length documentaries.
THE ROLE
As the Head of Reward, you will be pivotal in leading the strategy and implementation of wellbeing and reward for the company to help motivate and engage employees.
- Work closely with senior leadership and the people team to oversee, develop and implement reward strategies that drive growth within the business and motivate employee engagement.
- Manage the dedicated Reward Team, ensuring delivery of all elements of reward and wellbeing for the company.
- Develop and execute on new innovative rewards and incentives schemes, making sure that they align with business targets.
- Oversee all supplier relationships that fall under the rewards operations bracket including pension, flexible benefits, pension and more.
- Provide support to the people team with reward offerings as they relate to employees based at the USA bureau, including those choosing to relocate.

To excel in this role, you will have extensive experience leading Reward for fast-paced and complex businesses. This is a pivotal role within the team and you will need to be highly organised with a logical data-driven approach to identifying priorities.
