THE ROLE
As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the brand connects with existing, new and future guests. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will manage a high-performing team across Digital, CRM, Membership, Social, Content and Website/App development.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop the marketing team.
- Set and deliver the overall marketing strategy in partnership with the Marketing Director, driving audience growth, loyalty and market share.
- Be creatively ambitious while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Deliver data-driven, distinctive multi-channel campaigns across film, venues, membership and food & beverage.
- Shape and execute loyalty and membership strategies that acquire, retain and delight guests.
- Lead go-to-market plans for new venue launches and major brand initiatives.
- Use audience insight, performance reporting and ROI analysis to identify opportunities and inform decision-making across the business.
- Work cross-functionally with Film, Operations and Technology teams to deliver shape and deliver a cohesive, on-brand guest journey.
THE PERSON
It is important you are a confident leader with broad hands-on experience across core marketing disciplines. Motivating teams and balancing creative ambition with commercial outcomes is key. Proven experience developing marketing teams, building strong relationships and influencing across a business is essential. You should be comfortable turning data into insight, owning budgets and delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns across CRM, digital, social and web. In addition, you will combine strategic thinking with practical delivery and bring a genuine passion for film, culture and brand-led experiences that truly resonate with audiences.
