Searchlight is seeking a Senior Commercial Licensing-out & Partnerships Manager for Toys, Games & IP (Global). The role focuses on identifying and building new commercial opportunities across a broad brand portfolio, extending IP into new categories, experiences and revenue streams.
You will drive partnerships, licensees, and strategic deals, shaping international growth and monetising IP beyond core toys and games. Travel internationally as required.
