Job Description

Design concepts for events, retail environments and pop-up experiences as part of a creative agency focused on delivering memorable, immersive brand experiences.

Strong architectural design skills are essential.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a trusted partner to some of the most iconic names in fashion and beauty creating meaningful events and experiences through immersive story telling.

THE ROLE

As a Designer, you will be responsible for designing experiential concepts for retail spaces, pop-ups and brand activations, creating detailed models and leverage your architectural design skills to deliver creative concepts from start to finish.

Key responsibilities:

  • Translate conceptual ideas int immersive visual presentations through mood boards, hand sketches and client-facing pitch materials.
  • Develop polished visual assets and presentations using Adobe Creative Suit.
  • Build precise 3D models and photorealistic renderings using tools like Rhino or SketchUp to support design development and storytelling.
  • Produce comprehensive technical drawings and construction sets using AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure design solutions are practical, cost effect and meet project timelines.
  • Partner with creative leads and directors refine ideas.
  • Continuously research emerging materials, technologies and industry trends to drive fresh strategies.

THE PERSON

With some solid experience in event design and brand activation, you should have a strong proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering tools such as Rhino and SketchUp. Expertise in drafting using AutoCAD (or similar software) is essential, along with advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite.

A solid understanding of architectural / spatial design, materials and construction techniques is key, as is the ability to confidently develop concepts, create compelling mood boards and communicate ideas through visual storytelling.

To thrive in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
