SEARCHLIGHT in London is seeking a Junior Technical Operator to convert and prepare media files across formats with accuracy.

You will localise content for global distribution, including subtitles, dubbing and graphics, and encode/transcode media for broadcast and streaming.

You should be skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, familiar with Clipster or Transkoder, and experienced in creating and packaging DCPs.

A solid understanding of video formats and encoding workflows is important.
