THE ROLE
As the Creative Director, you will lead projects across digital design and video production, shaping standout original campaigns that elevate the agency’s creative output.
- Lead the development of high-impact, insight-led concepts that translate into standout campaigns across digital, social and video platforms.
- Shape and refine ideas through clear storytelling producing storyboards, directing video content and guiding motion graphics from concept to delivery.
- Bring strong design and motion expertise, confidently reviewing, briefing and enhancing visual work across static, motion and video formats.
- Collaborate with strategy, production, performance and client teams to build cohesive, results-driven campaigns.
- Communicate with all teams, presenting ideas, managing feedback and nurturing positive, long-lasting client relationships.
- Apply strategic thinking to ensure creative ideas contribute to measurable performance outcomes, particularly across paid social and video channels.
- Embrace new tools while bringing passion for brands, design, and the toy and games industry.
THE PERSON
The ideal candidate will be an experienced creative leader with exceptional design craft. You will shape and guide the creative vision ensuring every project is up to high standard. It is important you communicate with clarity and build strong relationships over all teams. Your collaborative approach will help deliver cohesive work that resonates across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube and programmatic channels. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment as well as oversee multiple projects at once. With deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, you explore new tools and approaches, helping to elevate the team’s capabilities and push creative boundaries.
