THE ROLE
We’re looking for a new Recruiter to join our team here at Searchlight. Key responsibilities:
- Manage and expand Searchlight’s work with creative and broadcast clients
- Lead on junior-to-mid level roles in production, creative, editorial, post, and beyond
- Build long-term partnerships with top-tier clients
- Advise clients on hiring strategy, market insight, and talent trends
- Work actively to develop new business through proactive networking and client engagement
- Represent Searchlight at industry events and stay tapped into the scene
THE PERSON
With a solid background in the TV, film, advertising, or creative industries, you will ideally already be an experienced recruiter. However, we would also be interested in speaking to you if you’re looking for a career change and are well connected to the industry. You must be a ‘people-person’, happy to do whatever it takes to build relationships.
