We have a great opportunity for a friendly and confident Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the action, brings positive energy to every interaction, and knows how to make guests feel genuinely welcome from the moment they arrive.
The Role
As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in shaping their experience. You’ll manage bookings, welcome visitors, and keep the front desk running smoothly—ensuring every visit starts and ends on a high note.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintaining a welcoming, organised, and professional reception area
- Greeting guests with warmth and confidence
- Handling enquiries, reservations, and event check-ins
- Coordinating with venue teams to support smooth event operations
- Managing phone and email enquiries using booking systems
What You’ll Bring
- A warm, engaging personality with strong communication skills
- A professional, organised approach and the ability to stay calm in busy periods
- Confidence engaging with large volumes of guests
- Experience using Collins or DesignMyNight (desirable)
- Previous experience as a Host or Receptionist in a bar, restaurant, or hotel is an advantage
