To support this exciting journey, we are looking for a talented, creative and passionate Junior Interior Designer to support the design team.

The Role

As Junior Interior Designer, you will be working closely with the Senior Interior Designer and wider design team. You will support projects from concept through to completion, assisting with design development, technical drawing production, material sourcing, FF&E specification, and site coordination. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of exciting projects while developing both creative and technical design skills. This role is fully office based, Monday to Friday. The office is located in Central London.

What you will be doing

  • Assist with concept development, mood boards and design presentations
  • Support in preparation of FF&E specifications and material palettes
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, products and design technologies
  • Produce and update technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, schedules and details
  • Assist in designing bespoke furniture, joinery, lighting and decorative features
  • Research materials, finishes, products and suppliers
  • Prepare presentations and project documentation
  • Support coordination with consultants, contractors and suppliers
  • Assist with site inspections to ensure design quality and compliance

About You

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in using Vectorworks and SketchUp – essential for the role
  • 2–3 years' professional experience within an interior design practice
  • Experience producing technical drawings and presentation materials
  • Knowledge of hospitality, leisure, retail, or commercial projects is advantageous
  • Portfolio demonstrating both creative and technical capabilities
  • Eager to learn and develop within a fast‐paced design environment
  • Good understanding of design principles, materials, and finishes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and meet project deadlines
