All Star Lanes brings together retro bowling, made-to-share food and feel-good fun across four iconic London locations. With karaoke, darts and arcade games alongside the lanes, we’ve got something for everyone - from big nights with friends to unforgettable family days out.

We’re looking for a confident and energetic Bartender to join our dedicated team. Working behind the bar is about creating great experiences through genuine connection and excellent service. You’ll be confident, adaptable, and able to read the room—delivering fast, high-quality drinks in a busy, high-energy environment. Calm under pressure, you bring professionalism, personality, and attention to detail to every shift, making every guest feel welcome and well looked after.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality venue (desirable)
  • Strong cocktail knowledge and quick, efficient service skills
  • Confident communication and great energy
  • A hands-on attitude with strong attention to detail

Please note: this role involves serving alcohol, so applicants must be 18 or over.
