    • Maintain a high editorial standard across all outputs, ensuring consistency of voice, quality, and brand alignment.
  • Campaigns & Promotion
    • Develop and manage content-led marketing campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing and GTM teams.
    • Plan and execute organic and paid promotional strategies across email, social, digital ads, PR, and syndication channels.
    • Work with demand generation and field marketing teams to align content with campaign objectives and funnel stages.
  • Messaging & Brand Voice
    • Help shape and evolve Searchlight’s messaging as the company scales, supporting consistent positioning across the business.
    • Create and maintain messaging frameworks, tone of voice guidelines, and brand narrative documentation.
    • Provide editorial support across departments, including product marketing, sales enablement, and leadership communications.
  • Communications, PR & Analyst Relations
    • Manage external communications strategy, including proactive press releases, media engagement, and thought leadership.
    • Respond to media enquiries and support company spokespeople with timely, expert commentary on major industry events.
    • Contribute to analyst relations efforts, including engagement, briefing coordination, and relationship development.
  • Website & SEO
    • Own the SEO strategy for the Searchlight Cyber website and track performance metrics such as keyword rankings, traffic, and domain authority.
    • Maintain and optimize website content, including blogs, reports, videos, podcasts, and other key resources.
    • Ensure the website effectively showcases our thought leadership and supports lead generation efforts.
  • Thought Leadership & Events
    • Manage the calendar of open calls for papers (CFPs) and lead submission planning in collaboration with internal experts.
    • Provide support on presentation content and speaker preparation for events and conferences.
