Reporting To: Senior Sales Director

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum with OTE potential of £70,000

Working Location: Hybrid | 2 days a week in our Old Street office if London based.

Your Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential customers in the real estate, construction, property, and land industries via phone/video calls.
  • Run 30-minute demos of Searchland.
  • Advise customers on how to leverage the platform for their business.
  • Collect, organise and report back on feedback on a weekly basis.
  • Liaise with wider team and founders to support your role.
  • Identify potential customer red flags such as dissatisfied users.
  • Freedom to implement your own sales process (within our best practice customer journey guideline).
  • Identify where the self-service sales can be improved.
  • Attend after-work networking events.

Requirements

Essentials

  • 2 years or more of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven ability to deliver live product demonstrations, both virtually and in person.
  • Strong experience using CRM software such as HubSpot.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Confident in presenting to varied stakeholders and adapting messaging based on audience.

Desired

  • Experience within real estate, land, planning, or property technology, but not from a direct competitor.
