Searchland is seeking a highly organised Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment across commercial and technical roles.
You will collaborate with the Head of People and managers to maintain a fast, fair, and professional hiring process in a hybrid setup (London office 2 days/week).
Beyond recruitment, you’ll support onboarding, basic People Operations tasks, and process improvements to strengthen our candidate experience.
