Our client, an established B2B company with an established brand and international reach is looking to recruit a high calibre Group FP&A Analyst in their Luton Headquarters Office.
Role overview:
- Being a strong finance business partner within the business.
- Provide accurate and timely financial information throughout the group.
- Be a key member of the FP&A team.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Business partner with the senior leadership team to provide analytical support to improve business efficiencies and profitability.
- Prepare month-end board packs and regular contract/KPI reporting, ensuring that information and data produced by FP&A is transparent, accurate and fit-for-purpose.
- Annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects to support the needs of the business.
- Support the Group FP&A Director with corporate and M&A activity.

- Demonstrable analytical and report development abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders and peers.
- Ability to analyse large amounts of data quickly and accurately.
- Ability to manage a challenging workload, whilst working quickly and precisely under pressure.
- Proven ability to logically problem-solve.
Must haves:
- Qualified/finalist accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA).
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent experience.
