Role: Group FP&A Analyst

Location: Luton/Hybrid

Our client, an established B2B company with an established brand and international reach is looking to recruit a high calibre Group FP&A Analyst in their Luton Headquarters Office

Role overview

• Being a strong finance business partner within the business.

• Provide accurate and timely financial information throughout the group.

• Be a key member of the FP&A team.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Business partner with the senior leadership team to provide analytical support to improve

business efficiencies and profitability

• Prepare month-end board packs and regular contract/KPI reporting, ensuring that

information and data produced by FP&A is transparent, accurate and fir-for-purpose

• Annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes

• Participate in ad-hoc projects to support the needs of the business

• Support the Group FP&A Director with corporate and M&A activity

• Demonstrable analytical and report development abilities

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders and peers

• Ability to analyse large amounts of data quickly and accurately

• Ability to manage a challenging workload, whilst working quickly and precisely under pressure

• Proven ability to logically problem-solve

Must haves

• Qualified/finalist accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent experience

• Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and data analysis tools
