About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused and analytical Finance Business Partner to join a market-leading, high-growth consumer brand operating across the UK & Ireland.
This role sits at the heart of the Supply Chain Finance function and will be responsible for providing strategic financial support to several operational sites across the UK and Ireland. You’ll work closely with General Managers to ensure that financial discipline is embedded into day-to-day decision-making, while driving performance, efficiency, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted financial advisor to regional Supply Chain Centre (SCC) operations

Own and manage site-level financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis

Lead analysis of operational costs (e.g., labour, logistics, production), identifying trends and opportunities for savings

Support and challenge local leadership teams with clear, data-driven insight

Oversee and report on capital expenditure (CapEx) projects

Collaborate with central finance and reporting teams to ensure accurate consolidation and compliance

Drive improvements in processes, reporting, and planning
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA)

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Finance Business Partnering role

Strong track record managing operational costs in a retail, FMCG, or logistics environment

Experience supporting CapEx projects

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus

Comfortable with occasional travel to regional sites
