The Opportunity
We are working with a growing and ambitious professional services group to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager into its expanding finance and tax function.
This is a fully remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK.
The role would suit an experienced corporate tax professional looking to take ownership of a broad range of tax matters across a growing and evolving group.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and external advisers, you will play a key role in ensuring the business maintains a robust approach to tax compliance, reporting and governance, while also supporting the wider business on tax planning and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
As Corporate Tax Manager, you will be responsible for a broad corporate tax remit, including:
- Managing the group's UK corporate tax compliance requirements, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Preparing and/or reviewing corporation tax computations, returns and supporting documentation.
- Managing tax provisioning and reporting requirements as part of the year-end and financial reporting process.
- Working closely with the wider finance team to ensure appropriate tax treatment across the group.
- Managing relationships with external tax advisers and other third-party specialists.
- Acting as a key point of contact for corporate tax queries across the business.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of appropriate tax governance, controls and documentation.
- Identifying opportunities to improve tax processes, systems and ways of working.
- Monitoring changes in UK tax legislation and assessing the potential impact on the group.
- Supporting senior stakeholders with tax planning and commercially focused tax matters.
