Wenham Carter are supporting an AI Pen Testing platform built for a world where attackers operate at machine speed. Recently founded, turning expertise into a platform that thinks like a real attacker, runs continuously, and uncovers the novel vulnerabilities that manual testers and scanners miss.

Our client has raised significant funding in a remarkably short time, backed by leading venture investors, one of the fastest funding trajectories in offensive security. The proprietary AI model substantially outperforms frontier LLMs on real exploitation benchmarks, and it is just getting started.

About the Role

  • Build and develop the European territory, identifying new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key prospects and existing customers.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales development, and product teams to execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Accurately forecast sales performance, track pipeline health, and report results to leadership.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Work effectively with CISOs to understand their needs, priorities, and decision-making processes.
  • Engage with additional personas such as Directors of Application Security, Penetration Testing leads, and Red Team leaders.
  • Represent the company in the region through customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales within the cybersecurity space; a must.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Experience working with early- to mid-stage cybersecurity startups or high-growth technology companies.
  • Experience selling into the European market and familiarity with regional dynamics.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled negotiator with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (such as HubSpot) and sales forecasting tools.
  • A true field player; comfortable engaging with customers across Europe through travel, events, and on-site meetings.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and entrepreneurial, with the ability to take full ownership of the sales process.
  • Technical background or familiarity with cybersecurity, offensive security, infrastructure, or DevOps is a strong advantage.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to build and own a new region from the ground up.
  • A global, collaborative environment working across multiple regions.
  • High ownership and direct impact on company growth.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge technology at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity.
  • Competitive compensation with strong performance-based incentives.
  • The excitement of joining a fast-growing company and shaping its international expansion.
