What you’ll be doing
You’ll take full ownership of commercial growth across the UK market, building and scaling both direct sales and partner-driven revenue. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will:
- Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for the UK, including pricing, packaging, and GTM approach.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing complex industrial deals.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with industrial clients, OEMs, integrators, and technology partners.
- Build and lead a high-performing commercial team, putting your stamp on the business from day one.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and trading teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Represent the business externally at industry events and partner meetings.
What we’re looking for
- Proven track record in B2B sales of industrial software, energy management solutions, or technology-driven operational tools.
- Experience selling into industrial sectors such as manufacturing, cold storage, logistics, or process industries.
