The Role is an opportunity to join a leading main contractor delivering large-scale, technically complex projects across multiple sectors, taking ownership of quality processes on site. The Quality Manager will play a key role in embedding best practice on site, driving right-first-time delivery, and working closely with project, design and supply chain teams to ensure standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain project-specific Quality Management Plans
- Lead quality assurance and control processes across a large new build project
- Carry out regular site inspections, audits and compliance reviews
- Manage inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality records and handover documentation
- Support project teams with technical and quality-related queries
- Investigate and resolve defects and non-conformances
- Work closely with design, construction and subcontractor teams to improve build quality
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability for quality
