Typical project values range from circa £10m through to £100m+, with schemes often technically complex and delivered on a design-and-build basis. What attracts people to the business is the combination of scale and autonomy. Project teams are deliberately lean, individuals are trusted with responsibility early on, and decisions are made quickly without layers of unnecessary sign-off.

There’s a strong focus on buildability, quality and seeing projects through from early stages to completion. A good fit for hands-on professionals who want real responsibility, access to senior leadership and exposure to major projects, without the usual bureaucracy.
