The company A newly established Main Contractor with an already impressive list of clients and a growing presence in the UK construction industry. The business has made a niche for themselves in being able to balance a fantastic level of professionalism, and some very exciting projects, but without the usual red tape that comes with it. They are actively seeking the grow the business meaning there are real, clear progression paths and opportunities to grow with the business. Typically, they deliver new build, fit-out and refurbishment projects valued up to £60m across the following sectors: Industrial , Commercial, Residential, Education and Sports & Leisure. The role As Project Manager you will take ultimate responsibility for the delivery of the given project and will be tasked with managing a full site time in order to ensure that projects are completed on time and to budget. The team out on site will consist of: Site Managers, Engineers and Quantity Surveyors. Typical roles and responsibilities can be found below… * Programming of works. * Managing the delivery/commercial team (Site Managers/engineers etc.) ensuring projects are running to programme and to budget. * Liaising with architects/design teams. * Liaising with external M&E consultants. * Heading up client meetings and site visits. * Overall responsibility for Health & Safety out on site. * Have a working knowledge of budgets and costing. Benefits The role provides you with the opportunity to earn a basic salary of up to £95,000.
