Typical project values range from circa £10m through to £100m+, with schemes often technically complex and delivered on a design-and-build basis. The Role is an opportunity to join a leading main contractor delivering large-scale, technically complex projects across multiple sectors, taking ownership of quality processes on site. The Quality Manager will play a key role in embedding best practice on site, driving right-first-time delivery, and working closely with project, design and supply chain teams to ensure standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain project-specific Quality Management Plans
  • Lead quality assurance and control processes across a large new build project
  • Carry out regular site inspections, audits and compliance reviews
  • Manage inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality records and handover documentation
  • Support project teams with technical and quality-related queries
  • Investigate and resolve defects and non-conformances
  • Work closely with design, construction and subcontractor teams to improve build quality
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability for quality

The role provides you with the opportunity to earn a basic salary of up to £75,000. Car allowance, private healthcare and a pension contribution also come as standard.
