The company We’re supporting a well‑established property and construction consultancy with a strong presence across the UK. The role * Manage the full bid lifecycle – from initial opportunity tracking through to submission and post-bid review. * Coordinate input from technical teams (project managers, cost consultants, surveyors) to gather accurate and compelling content. * Prepare PQQs, EOIs, RFPs, and ITT submissions in line with client requirements and deadlines. * Write, edit, and proofread bid content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency with the consultancy’s tone of voice. * Maintain a bid library of standard responses, case studies, project write-ups, CVs, and supporting documents. * Track frameworks and tender portals, monitoring new opportunities and maintaining up-to-date records. * Produce bid plans, timelines, and responsibility matrices to ensure all contributors are clear on deadlines and deliverables. * Coordinate design and presentation of bid documents, ensuring branding and formatting are consistent and professional. * Support interview and presentation preparation for shortlisted bids, including rehearsals and production of supporting materials. * Analyse bid outcomes (win/loss reviews) to capture lessons learned and improve future submissions.
