Business Support Analyst in Douglas

Our client seeks a Business Support Analyst to join their team and assist with a data remediation project for a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute approved data remediation activities in line with documented procedures and work instructions.
• Update customer and mortgage records with agreed values provided by the programme and business SMEs.
• Perform data entry activities accurately and within agreed service levels.
• Follow established controls and approval processes when making changes to customer and account records.
• Complete remediation activities for assigned customer populations within agreed timelines.
• Maintain records of completed remediation actions to support audit and tracking requirements.
• Undertake basic validation checks to confirm updates have been completed successfully.
• Escalate any data anomalies, system issues or processing exceptions to the programme team for review.
• Support remediation progress reporting by updating trackers and providing status updates as required.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience of administrative, clerical or data processing activities.
• Comfortable working through high volumes of repetitive tasks in a controlled environment.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and instructions.
• Basic system navigation and Microsoft Office skills.
• Previous financial services or customer administration experience beneficial but not essential.
