About Searchable 🚀 We’re building the future of AI search visibility. As ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity reshape how people find information, we help brands understand and optimise their presence in this new landscape. Backed by top angels and VCs, we’re building the platform for the AI search era.

The Role — Head of Partnerships

We’re hiring a Head of Partnerships to build the partner ecosystem that drives our next phase of growth, working with agencies, media owners, and technology partners. The product works. The market is moving fast. Distribution is the lever. You’ll own three core tracks:

  • Digital and SEO agencies with direct access to our target customers
  • Media owners and publisher networks who reach our buyers
  • Platform and technology partners where integrations and co-sell unlock new channels

Each track behaves differently. You’ll know how to operate across all three. You are accountable for partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. This is not a relationship role — it’s a commercial one. There is no existing programme, playbook, or team. You’ll build it from scratch.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full partner lifecycle: first conversation → signed agreement → first sourced deal
  • Define commercial models across partner types (referrals, revenue share, white-label, co-sell)
  • Build activation playbooks to get partners selling within 30 days
  • Identify and execute joint GTM opportunities (events, content, campaigns, distribution deals)
  • Manage key partner relationships and feed insights back into product and marketing
  • Track performance against clear metrics: pipeline, activation, influenced deals, closed revenue
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure partner leads are followed through to close

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel sales in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record building partner programmes from scratch (with revenue outcomes)
  • Strong understanding of the UK agency ecosystem and how they operate commercially
  • Experience working with media or publisher partnerships
  • Confident negotiating commercial agreements and structuring win-win deals
  • High agency — you don’t wait for a playbook, you create one

Nice to Have

  • Existing network across UK agencies, SEO firms, and B2B media
  • Background in SEO, content, or marketing technology
  • Familiarity with AI search / AEO
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS company (Series A–B)

Why This Role, Why Now

The AI search market is shifting fast, and Searchable is well positioned within it. The product works. The category is forming. Distribution is the lever. This role isn’t about managing partnerships — it’s about defining how Searchable wins through its ecosystem. It’s early enough that your fingerprints stay on the work.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus a commission structure tied directly to partner-sourced revenue. Significant equity at an early stage in a market that is moving fast.

How to Apply

Send your CV along with brief answers to: 2–3 agency or media partnerships you’ve personally built and the revenue generated; How you would build a £2M partner-sourced pipeline within 120 days; What a strong agency referral programme looks like commercially — and why they fail.
