About the Role
Be the first dedicated ops hire - build everything from scratch. Design how a modern, AI-native company operates at scale. Touch every part of the business - from strategic planning to daily execution. Work directly with leadership on the highest-leverage problems. Clear path to Chief Operating Officer as we grow.
About You
We need someone who turns chaos into clarity. Someone who:

What you'll do:
Architect the company operating system - OKRs, dashboards, rituals, and planning cycles. Be the cross-functional glue helping teams move faster with fewer bottlenecks. Stand up core systems - HR, payroll, legal, compliance, contractor management. Build agentic workflows and tools that eliminate manual work. Lead special projects from new product launches to international expansion.
