What You'll Own

  1. Organic Social Media Design
    • Searchable publishes content daily across LinkedIn and Instagram. You will be the design force behind it. This is a hands‑on, high‑output role.
    • You will design high‑performing carousels, infographics, quote graphics, and data visualisation assets for LinkedIn and Instagram.
    • Translate written content, research, and product updates into visual formats that drive saves, shares, and engagement.
    • Maintain a consistent and distinctive visual identity for Searchable across every organic post.
  2. Paid Social Creative
    • Produce static ad creative for paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta.
    • Design multiple variants per campaign to support structured testing.
    • Ensure paid creative carries the Searchable visual identity without looking like every other B2B SaaS ad.
  3. Infographics and Data Visualisation
    • Design original infographics that translate Searchable's research, platform data, and market insights into clear, compelling visuals.
    • Build data visualisation assets that live across social content, the website, press materials, and sales collateral.
  4. Digital PR Campaign Assets
    • Design campaign‑level visual assets for digital PR, including hero graphics, shareable infographics, and press‑ready visuals.
    • Create assets built to be embedded and shared by external publications and creators.
  5. Brand and Design System
    • Own and evolve the Searchable design system in Figma.
    • Build reusable templates and component libraries that allow the wider team to produce on‑brand content at speed.

  • Design multiple social assets each week across organic and paid channels.
  • Create infographics and data visualisation pieces to support content, product, and PR.
  • Collaborate with the content, marketing, and performance teams daily.
