About Searchable
Searchable is building the category-defining platform for AI Search visibility. As search rapidly shifts from links to answers, we help companies understand where they appear inside AI-generated responses, why they are being cited, and what actions actually improve visibility across platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews. Our AI Search Accelerator trains hundreds of companies and agencies quarterly through live, expert-led cohorts. It's one of our fastest-growing revenue streams and a core part of how we help customers master AI search. This role joins at a pivotal moment. The curriculum is built, product traction is strong, and the focus is now on scaling cohort delivery in a way that is excellent, repeatable and measurable.

It's a hands-on operations position focused on making sure nothing slips, owning execution end-to-end and ensuring every participant has an exceptional experience across three simultaneous tracks. You'll work closely with the founders, instructors, and team as Searchable scales cohorts from our fastest-growing revenue stream into a scalable program serving thousands of companies annually. Cohorts have helped hundreds of companies master AI search, and we're scaling rapidly.

- Community & engagement
- Run daily community management across Slack channels and Circle discussions
- Track participant engagement and proactively reach out to inactive members

- Track key metrics: enrollment, attendance, completion rates, satisfaction scores
- Collect testimonials, run surveys, and gather participant success stories
- Report on program health and identify improvement opportunities
- Proactively stay up to date with Circle and other key platforms, regularly exploring new features and best practices to ensure we are using our tools to their fullest potential and continuously improving how we support the community
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with instructors to ensure content is delivered on time
- Partner with marketing to share participant wins and update landing pages with results
- Coordinate with design/video teams on workspace setup and welcome videos
- Help position cohorts as a key revenue driver through exceptional delivery
