What You’ll Own:

  • Content: This is a hands-on, daily output role. You will be the person creating, publishing, and optimising content across Searchable’s company channels. You are a creative strategist and a maker.
  • Personal Brand: Your job is to ensure that the audience is working as hard as possible for the business, and to grow it further.

What You’ll Do Day to Day:

  • Create and publish content across company and personal brand channels every day.
  • Develop concepts, hooks, and campaign ideas that drive reach and commercial outcomes.
  • Write LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and supporting content for the company and for senior team members.
  • Manage the editorial calendar across all channels.
  • Review performance data daily and adjust approach based on what’s working.
