About Searchable: Searchable is building the category-defining platform for AI Search visibility. As search rapidly shifts from links to answers, we help companies understand where they appear inside AI-generated responses, why they are being cited, and what actions actually improve visibility across platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews. Our AI Search Accelerator trains hundreds of companies and agencies quarterly through live, expert-led cohorts. It's one of our fastest-growing revenue streams and a core part of how we help customers master AI search. This role joins at a pivotal moment. The curriculum is built, product traction is strong, and the focus is now on scaling cohort delivery in a way that is excellent, repeatable and measurable.

The Role: As Community & Cohorts Manager, you'll own the operational delivery of Searchable's cohorts. This is not a passive coordination role. It's a hands-on operations position focused on making sure nothing slips, owning execution end-to-end and ensuring every participant has an exceptional experience across three simultaneous tracks. You’ll work closely with the founders, instructors, and team as Searchable scales cohorts from our fastest-growing revenue stream into a scalable program serving thousands of companies annually. Cohorts have helped hundreds of companies master AI search, and we’re scaling rapidly.

What you’ll do:

  • Program operations: Set up and manage Circle workspaces, Zoom sessions, and Slack communities for 3 tracks per quarter. Upload weekly module videos, workshop recordings, and resources across all tracks. Coordinate with instructors on schedules, content, and participant questions. Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth delivery during live sessions.
  • Community & engagement: Run daily community management across Slack channels and Circle discussions. Track participant engagement and proactively reach out to inactive members. Celebrate wins, share highlights, and foster peer connections. Respond to participant questions and elevate issues as needed.
  • Systems & reporting: Build processes to scale cohort delivery efficiently. Track key metrics: enrollment, attendance, completion rates, satisfaction scores. Collect testimonials, run surveys, and gather participant success stories. Report on program health and identify improvement opportunities. Proactively stay up to date with Circle and other key platforms, regularly exploring new features and best practices to ensure we are using our tools to their fullest potential and continuously improving how we support the community.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with instructors to ensure content is delivered on time. Partner with marketing to share participant wins and update landing pages with results. Coordinate with design/video teams on workspace setup and welcome videos. Help position cohorts as a key revenue driver through exceptional delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • Must-have: 2+ years running live programs, cohorts, or online education operations. Strong organisational skills with a focus on systems and process-building. Experience managing multiple work streams simultaneously without dropping tasks. Comfortable with learning management platforms, Zoom, Slack, and project management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication, you’ll be communicating daily in community channels. Self-starter who sees what needs doing and does it proactively.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with Circle, cohort-based courses, or community platforms. Background in EdTech, bootcamps, or online learning programs. Understanding of AI search, SEO, or digital marketing. Video editing or basic design skills. Experience scaling operational processes at a startup.

Why Join:

  • Own operations for one of our biggest revenue drivers.
  • Direct impact on 300+ companies every quarter.
  • Work closely with founders – high autonomy, clear ownership.
  • Shape learning around the most exciting shift in marketing since social media.
  • Build the systems that scale a category-defining product.

Compensation: Salary: £50,000. 25 days paid vacation and leading parental and childcare policies. Office-based, 5 days per week – we work best together in person.
