Salary up to £60,000. Fully remote role, with rare site visits.

What you will be doing?
- Complete support of the Telecom and VoIP systems for the organisation.
- Manage the project of managing and implementing the new CCaaS solution.
- Monitor system for performance and have a key eye on uptime and efficiency.
- Diagnosing and resolving any faults that lie within the VoIP network, which includes PBX, SIP and the new Cloud based CCaaS solution.
- Maintain communication and documentation for the wider organisation.
We need you to have:
- Proven experience in the VoIP/Telecoms space, delivering projects within CCaaS.
- Strong experience with PBX systems, including proof of concepts.
- Knowledge of SIP and VoIP Protocols.
- Understanding of MPLS networks.
- Commercial experience with Cloud based telecom solutions such as Wildix, ipSCAPE, Avaya, 8x8, Webex, Horizon, Teams Integrations.
It's nice to have:
- Commercial experience with Unified Communications platforms.
- Firewalls and Network security knowledge.
- Open API Platform experience.
