THE DESIGNER ROLE
You'll work closely with the wider creative team to deliver high-quality design work across multiple projects and platforms. The role will involve creating digital assets, supporting branding initiatives, producing presentations and client-facing materials, and contributing to UI/UX projects. You'll help maintain visual consistency across campaigns while ensuring all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives. You'll collaborate with designers, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life whilst helping manage assets, documentation, and design systems.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- 1–3 years of commercial design experience, either agency-side, in-house, or freelance
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience using Figma
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design
- Experience creating presentations, marketing collateral, and digital assets
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Experience working with brand guidelines and design systems
- Motion graphics or animation experience
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
