USER RESEARCHER – eDV CLEARED User Researcher £50,000 – £75,000 + Package Cheltenham office Hybrid work (2 days per week WFH) Must hold enhanced DV Clearance OVERVIEW: As a User Researcher working in the National Security sector, you will uncovers insights about user behaviours, needs, and motivations through various research methods. You will help teams make informed design and product decisions based on evidence. ESSENTIAL SKILL SET: Experience with research a range of research techniques e.g., interviews, surveys, usability tests etc. Strong analytical and storytelling skills. Familiarity with UX design and agile development processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research Analyse and synthesize findings into actionable insights. Present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate insights into product development.
