With a growing delivery roadmap, we are expanding our leadership capability and are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to help guide teams, technology, and delivery.
Who We’re Seeking: We’re looking for a Software Engineering Manager with a strong technical background and proven experience leading highly skilled engineering teams. You will have previously worked hands‑on in software development and now enjoy enabling others to perform at their best through mentoring, coaching, and clear technical direction. You’ll work within an Agile environment, contributing across the full product development lifecycle. You’ll champion best practices, challenge the status quo, and encourage innovation while ensuring high standards of engineering quality.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and how to apply them throughout the PDLC.
- Strong people leadership skills, including performance management, coaching, and development planning.
- Experience designing, building, and iterating commercial web, back‑end, or cloud‑based applications.
- Experience with CI/CD, reusable, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence positive outcomes.
- Experience mentoring and supporting less experienced engineers.
