About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on, driven individual with a passion for optimizing sales systems and automating workflows. You'll play a key part in enhancing our CRM infrastructure, streamlining sales operations, and reducing friction for our brokers and lead generation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Redesign or enhance our current CRM system to better support broker workflows and lead generation efforts.
  • Build and refine sales pipelines, lead stages, tasks, and reminders for operational efficiency.
  • Develop performance dashboards and implement automation tools to minimize manual work.
  • Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to build live reporting tools, deal trackers, and commission models.
  • Assist in scaling our backend systems as the team and business grow.

What We're Looking For:

Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
  • Experience building or customizing software workflows (junior-level experience welcome).
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, dashboards, and basic automation.
