Overview
We are a Software House working on a variety of projects covering both hospitality and tech for good. We are looking for a Lead / Senior QA to join our tech team who will be working into the CTO (a former QA) and alongside on projects and will have 2 direct reports. All of our employees work extremely hard and share the same passion to do well, making for an excellent working environment with a strong culture of trust.
Responsibilities
- Lead / Senior QA Engineer who will hit the ground running and mentor two QA engineers while remaining hands-on.
- Enforce quality standards and manage defect handling.
- Attend regular meetings and contribute to project planning and decision-making.
- Perform both manual and automation testing, including Functional, Regression, UAT and End to End Testing.
Qualifications
- Experience writing automation tests.
- Previous experience in a Senior role.
- Strong working knowledge of JavaScript & Cypress.
- Experience with Functional, Regression, UAT and End to End Testing.
- Working knowledge of project management tooling such as JIRA.
- Ability to drive quality and strong written and verbal communication skills.
