We are looking for an SAP Systems Analyst to join the Operational Applications team on a full-time basis. You’ll play a key role in driving improvements across business-critical applications including SAP S/4HANA, SAP FSM, Ariba, Ortec and Paragon.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with technical and business teams to design effective system solutions
- Supporting system changes, enhancements, and upgrades
- Assisting in root cause analysis of recurring issues
- Ensuring a smooth transition from change to business-as-usual
- Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...
- Solid experience working with SAP systems in modules like Finance, Logistics, FSM or Engineering
- Proven analytics and troubleshooting skills
- Experience delivering changes and updates in SAP environments
- Confident communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with third-party vendors and outsourced support models is desirable
- Familiarity with ITIL and workshop facilitation is a plus
