What We’re Looking For

- Strong software engineering or solution architecture background
- Proven experience delivering AI and data‑driven solutions in production
- Experience building AI‑powered products or intelligent systems
- Hands‑on experience with modern cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure)

- Is decisive and delivery focused
- Drives teams to deliver at pace and with high standards
- Can challenge engineering teams constructively
- Is comfortable operating in a high‑change innovation environment
This is a role for someone who enjoys building things, solving hard problems and driving delivery, not simply overseeing programmes.
The Opportunity
You will join a business actively building AI‑driven products and platforms, with multiple innovation initiatives already underway. The role sits within a leadership structure focused on delivering next‑generation AI capabilities, with significant scope to shape the engineering organisation and influence the future technology strategy. Salary for this role is £150,000 with a bespoke benefits package, reflecting the seniority and strategic importance of the position.
