Job Description
This pivotal role ensures our products meet regulatory expectations, deliver good customer outcomes, and align with FCA and European standards including Consumer Duty, MiFID II, IDD, and PRIIPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product governance framework, ensuring compliance with FCA PROD and Consumer Duty.
- Oversee product design, approval, and review processes.
- Act as SME on product governance, advising senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor post-launch product performance and customer outcomes.
