We are now looking for a PPC Team lead to join the team based in Nottingham.

PPC TEAM LEAD ROLE:
As a PPC Team Lead, you’ll oversee daily performance, lead key accounts, and grow PPC revenue. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll manage the team, run one-to-ones, and ensure top-tier delivery.
This hands-on role mixes strategy and execution—from client calls and pitches to onboarding and issue resolution – driving results, efficiency, and retention.
PPC TEAM LEAD ESSENTAIL SKILLS:
- 4+ years PPC experience –agency side highly desirable.
- Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Data Studio (Looker Studio).
- Ability to demonstrate PPC success.
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience setting up, optimising and reporting on campaigns
- Account Management experience.
- Google Ads experience essential.
