I’m currently supporting a growing consultancy who are looking to hire a Principal AI Consultant to help shape and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions across a range of clients and industries. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone coming from a consultancy background who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, leading conversations and translating complex AI concepts into clear, commercially valuable solutions. The role would suit someone who combines strong technical AI engineering expertise with exceptional communication and client-facing skills.

Key experience they’re looking for:

  • Consultancy or highly client-facing background
  • Ability to build trust and confidence with senior stakeholders
  • Experience delivering AI solutions into production
  • Strong Python engineering fundamentals
  • Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML, Databricks, SageMaker, Bedrock, or similar
  • MLOps, CI/CD, observability, and production AI delivery
  • Experience leading teams, workshops, and technical discussions

You’ll be:

  • Leading client workshops and shaping AI strategy
  • Acting as a trusted advisor across delivery engagements
  • Guiding engineering standards and mentoring teams
  • Helping organisations adopt AI responsibly and effectively
  • Working with modern AI tooling, LLMs, and agentic frameworks

Remote role with travel to client sites as required.
