As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in driving growth and expansion, helping to elevate the brand. You will report to the Head of Performance Marketing and handle paid media strategies, with the primary goal of driving traffic, bringing in new customers, and boosting sales while staying within an agreed budget.

Role Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns to achieve KPIs within budget, continuously test, monitor, and adjust spend, targeting, and creatives for maximum impact.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, monitor and manage cost of sale to ensure profitability across different regions.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with ecommerce, buying, commercial, finance, and analytics teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Team Leadership & Development: Support and guide Paid Media Executives to ensure smooth workflow and campaign execution.
- Market & Industry Insights: Provide insights on daily trade activities, competitor movements, and market trends.
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrated success in managing and optimising high-performing campaigns.
- Previous experience leading a team is a plus.
- Skilled in interpreting large data sets to uncover insights and drive decision-making.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to track, report, and act on key marketing KPIs.
- Deep understanding of various digital channels, analytics tools, and performance metrics.
