THE CUSTOMER DATA AND INSIGHTS MANAGER ROLE:

This is a hands-on role focused on improving and managing the quality, structure, and accessibility of customer data across internal platforms. You'll work with large and complex datasets, ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and fit for use in reporting and customer engagement activity. The role involves analysing customer data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, while supporting internal teams with insight-led recommendations and reporting. You'll also contribute to segmentation strategies, develop dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), and support better decision-making across customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Working closely with technical teams, you'll help improve how data is integrated across systems, ensuring efficient data flow and strong governance practices. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence data best practice and clearly communicate insights to non-technical audiences.

CUSTOMER DATA AND INSIGHTS MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS
