We’re working with an established software solutions provider that delivers end-to-end management information systems, helping organisations make data-driven decisions and deliver vital community services. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Systems Support Analyst to join their Nottingham-based team.

THE SYSTEMS SUPPORT ROLE
This is a varied role that combines systems support and client engagement. You'll work closely with customers to understand requirements, develop SQL queries and reports, support system configuration, and assist with data extraction and migration activities. Day to day, you'll be analysing data, producing reports, supporting users, investigating issues and helping configure systems to meet customer requirements. You'll also have the opportunity to work with APIs, run workshops with clients and contribute to ongoing system improvements.
This role would suit someone with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with both data and people and wants to develop a long-term career within software and business systems.
SYSTEMS SUPPORT ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Experience using SQL for reporting, querying or data analysis
