THE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:

  • Develop and lead marketing plans and campaigns across different channels
  • Set and manage the yearly marketing budget
  • Ensure the brand looks and feels consistent everywhere
  • Oversee social media content schedules and check for quality
  • Plan and approve email and mail-out campaigns
  • Manage and update the CRM system
  • Work with external web agencies and manage the relationship
  • Look for press opportunities and handle media coverage
  • Organise and attend trade shows and events
  • Oversee how customer feedback is collected and use the data to gain insights

MARKETING MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Great communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Experience with project management tools (Trello)
  • Skilled in using CRM tools
  • Marketing degree or similar qualification
